We tailor our services to each owner! Do you use the home as a secondary residence and want the peace of mind that your home will be safe, protected, pest-free and clean when you return? Or maybe you're planning a vacation and would just like someone to pop by and keep an eye on your home while you're away? We can provide weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or periodic visits to fit your specifications.
O - On call 24/7!
As we live in Celebration ourselves, we are just minutes away to stop by if you feel something needs emergency attention. Maybe you notice something on a Ring camera or a package has just been delivered - no problem, just give us a call!
R - Report.
We will provide a report following every visit; we can include photos and, if desired, even a video walkthrough so that you can rest assured your home is safe and sound! Should we find any items that may need to be addressed, we have a network of professionals to connect with. We have call on same-day response visits for any AC, plumbing, pest or repair issues and we can handle call-out, quoting and supervision all on your behalf taking away any stress for you.
C - Cleaning.
Imagine arriving back to your home and it being fresh, clean and all ready for you! No-one enjoys arriving and having to deal with those dreaded rings in your toilets and musty smell! Ahead of your arrival we can arrange a refresh clean, and even purchase and deliver groceries, so you can step back in after a long journey and not have to worry about a thing!
H - Hurricane Preparedness.
We all know in Florida that hurricanes, and big storms, are inevitable and can cause serious damage. We're here to remove the stress; we can secure all outdoor furniture and loose items ahead of the storm, provide real-time updates of the forecast and town recommendations, then be out there the next day to complete a thorough inspection!

Should we encounter any issue in the home during a visit, that requires a specialist, we have priority call on AC technicians, plumbers, general contractors, pest control, electricians etc. for same-day service.

HOME VISIT CHECKLIST
Our home visit checklist includes items such as the following but we tailor home care plans to each owner’s specifications and desires, happy to accommodate any special requests.
EXTERIOR ITEMS
- Thorough inspection of property exterior for any signs of broken glass, entry, vandalism, leaks or weather damage
- Checking lanai screens (if applicable)
- Collecting mail from mailbox, any packages or flyers on porch, and bringing inside
- Moving trash cans in and out following your departure
- Checking/adjusting/charging security cameras
- Checking for any pest intrusion (such as racoons into soffits)
INTERIOR ITEMS
- Checking for signs of water usage such as a toilet flapper that has malfunctioned (can result in excessive water usage and is fairly common), faucet left running etc.
- Checking for signs of leaks on floors and ceilings
- Ensuring AC system is functioning and there is circulation in the home. We can also turn on and off ceiling fans periodically if desired
- Flush toilets and run faucets to keep pipes in order
- Checking of water heater
- Ensuring no pest or insect intrusion
- Checking of internet (resetting if signal is lost)
